That sounds like a common courtesy but this is our third home and you would not believe how uncommon it is nowadays. I am not good at negotiating, thankfully Neil is! Even when i was ready to settle on a price, he wasn't, he was willing to go the extra distance to get the absolute best price possible. My wife and I are beyond happy with the decision to hire Neil and we sincerely appreciate the calls afterwards to check and see how we are doing in our new place. Expérience fantastique: Bought in 2017 then had to sell our house in 2023. While buying is usually straightforward, I have found selling is not in my experiences, always so easy and simple. True to my other experiences, the sale of our house in CR was not simple or straightforward due to a first recalcitrant buyer, then found a second buyer. A lot of work was required to get the house ready for sale and Mark gave me practical advise on what needed to be improved to get the most value out of the house as well to expedite the sale. He was very proactive at getting everything ready so when the house was ready it was promptly listed. They spread the word though the realtor network which resulted in a lot of traffic. I do not live live in Campbell River, they're help clearing the last of the leaves and doing periodic house checks was a great help. The house sold in 7 days.

Expérience négative: Seeing all of the positive reviews here makes me think our experience was out of character for this team. I know that Deanna was holding down the fort for everyone else while she was working on our sale, so maybe that accounts for it, but we got very little feedback on our viewings, we got some bad news on a deal falling through via text, we felt a little on our own in terms of working out a sale price, and we had very little contact after the sale was done. I've sold several homes before and usually the realtor comes by on closing day, maybe with a thank you, a parting gift, pick up the keys, something, but all we got was a text a few days before. Our realtor on the other end was so attentive that it was a very clear contrast.
