He was fine initially but once the sale was completed and after receiving the Google review that HE requested, he became MIA. Communication became difficult ("out of cell service) and he wasnt present to welcome or share in any excitement of a first home (in a new province). He left the new home owners to their own, after 2 long days of driving. If you're looking for a more personal, genuine experience with a realtor, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Soon after, he took hours replying to our texts and eventually when we didn’t go with a particular deal, he didn’t even bother reaching out. Poor communication and he was just showing up for an easy commission. Additionally, we asked him for a rough price of our house and he quoted us with the price we bought the house for (even though it was close to a year ago). Then we got a quote from a very well established realtor and he quoted us a value of an extra 80k. Brad didn’t seem very knowledgeable and he will get your house sold but for a lower price.

He was all over it and quick to help us with showings in these communities. First visit we did not find anything to our liking but we narrowed down to a few condominium buildings that we liked. Brad set us up on a listing ap of his and we were instantly notified of any new listings. About a week later a listing appeared that was right up our ally. We asked Brad if he would go view it and video chat us in so we could see the place. He was all over it the next day which was first day of listing. He set up a portal with my sister's and my requirements for a home immediately. My first actual meeting with him was via FaceTime because the lockdown had just started and we could not meet at a coffee shop. He was very friendly and professional and did not mind when my granddaughter interrupted our chat to bring me "coffee." Then -also due to Covid- he arranged and managed a video viewing of several houses with both me and my sister. He was very understanding about the sudden poor economic situation we found ourselves in due to the drop in investments. Once things began to be on track again, Brad made appointments for viewings quickly and let me know ASAP about houses that were conditionally sold before I had a chance to look at them! When we made the offer, he had the documents to us in under an hour, we signed digitally etc. He received a counter offer and again quickly got the documents to us. Since I was driving home, he called me to let me know he had sent the counter offer docs through email. He arranged the house inspection with an excellent inspector and was professional throughout!
