My wife and I had the pleasure of getting to know Jon through the sale of our then-home, and purchase of our now-home. We’ll include more detail below, but the long and short of it is: with Jon, you are getting a team mate who is ready to go to bat for you, and will make it his mission to understand you, your family, and the goals have in buying or selling a home. If you are buying - You will need to see a couple of homes before you find the one. Jon is helpful, patient, and understanding with every viewing request. Sometimes, Jon knew that we were “just looking at this home for comparator’s sake” and even if it was raining or snowing, he would never suggest cancelling. Some realtors won’t make the trek in the snow. They won’t make the trek if it’s far. They’ll deter you from viewing a home without you even realizing that they’re doing so. Not Jon! He gives honest feedback about homes, but would never hesitate to book and attend a showing with you. He was super flexible with our busy schedules and always accommodating. He also treats every home and seller respectfully. This was important to us and made us feel very well represented by Jon. A couple of things came up on inspection for the home we were buying. Jon worked so hard for us- this would have been stressful and unpleasant without him. He had plumbers and roofers on speed dial, and all of the professionals he recommended had the most reasonable rates for high quality jobs. He ensured the agreement protected us and collaborated with the sellers to get the work done. His professionalism, guidance, friendship and respect during this period is reason alone to go with Jon. If you are selling - Jon showed up. Before even knowing whether we would sign with him or not, he was offering free and kind advice. He told us what needed to be painted, what work we should do, when the best time to list would be, what sorts of things we should expect potential buyers to ask us, and what we should expect in the process. He had done research on our neighborhood and knew the similarities our house had with others he had seen, and where it was unique or had strengths that we should play up. Jon was proactive in getting our home photographed and all of the listing details ready. When we got to the point where we were showing our home, Jon took texts from us on the weekend where we were asking which linens or lamps to use to help with staging. He helped us navigate the many questions buyers had, and he helped us craft an accepted offer that protected us. We highly recommend that you do yourself the favour of bringing him onto your team!

Expérience fantastique: It is hard to articulate what working with Anne has meant to us. We contacted her through a recommendation and couldn't have been more pleased when we met her. The energy and enthusiasm was contagious. And the knowledge of the industry - may I just say...WOW! We started the long process in November 2019 with a visit to determine how we needed to prepare our existing house. One of the things that struck us immediately was that we were in agreement that, generally speaking, a house is worth what a buyer is willing to pay at a particular point in time and, therefore, a price in November may not be what it will sell for in March. Anne and her team provided us with great information to prepare the house over a couple of visits, before we even knew for sure when we wanted to sell/buy. Anne then spent considerable time educating us on other areas of the city after getting an idea of what we wanted in our new home.
