Being local residents, they are familiar with the area and we felt they were best equipped to represent us and the property. This team did not disappoint. Their efforts to get the house ready included arranging a deep clean and staging which they paid for as well as a preliminary home inspection and photo and video shoot. They are extremely professional, knowledgable and personable. They arranged multiple open houses and showings and ensured our property was presented at it's best while remaining competitive in a difficult market environment. Expérience fantastique: Team Apex, what can I say I think we kept Jesse and the team on the line for almost two years, and never once did they waver in their support for our move. We knew we would be leaving Ontario, but really didn't know where would would go. As we looked at different locations around Canada and the US, they stood by us letting us know that when we're ready, they'd be there for us. We decided on the sunniest place in Canada. Medicine Hat. A massive transition to go from Ontario to Alberta. When it came to putting our house up for sale, the house was sold for over asking price, and with the ink still wet. About 24hours is all it took. Amazing! Much of the move would have to be handled remotely. My confidence and trust in the team was built up by their patience with us over the course. We never once felt rushed. Never felt like just another sale. They genuinely wanted to help our family make the move to a better life elsewhere. And for that, we are forever grateful. We finally arrived after a week of tribulations and xfactors along the way. We had trouble with our internet provider deleting our email account along with the contacts we needed(lawyers insurance etc). Where they could fill in, they did. Contacts were reestablished, and the paperwork part of the journey was painless with all things considered. If I could give them a 6 star rating, they would absolutely get it.
