Expérience fantastique: When I decided to list my home for sale and move to Vernon, I sent out feelers to a few Realtors in Kamloops. The response was very disappointing. I asked my Realtor in Vernon if there was anyone he could recommend. He sent me the contact information for Adam Popian and I sent Adam an email. Adam responded within hours which right away, made him stand out. I asked Adam if he would give me an assessment of my home and we made an appointment, for which he showed up promptly. Adam struck me as a very pleasant gentleman and gave every indication of knowing his business. We did a tour and we made an appointment to go over what he thought the home should be listed for. Once again Adam was prompt at the agreed time to go over the assessment. Adam gave me a pamphlet with a range of suggested prices I could list for. In it he also had lots of information on the market and suggestions on people and companies to consider for the process of selling my home. He then went over the stats and market in the form of a PowerPoint presentation for Kamloops and what services he can offer. I have to say Adam is very calm, professional and does not try to use any pressure tactics. I had a couple of false starts when going to list but, had to put it on hold when deals I was working on in Vernon, fell through. Adam stuck with me and even had photos taken of my property without my listing. My home finally listed and I truly believe Adam was the best agent I could have found in Kamloops. A previous agent I had was very poor at communication but, Adam has always responded in a very timely manner and provided weekly updates. While I didn’t sell for what Adan estimated my property at, the market had slowed going into the Fall. Through it all, Adam stuck with me and I would recommend him fully.

Expérience fantastique: We first thought of hiring Adam when we were looking to sell our house. We had talked to our neighbour about how much their house has sold for, from Adam. It ended up being way over their asking price and assessed value. Great...quick phone call to Adam. After all, we all sell our houses to make money. The first meeting we had with his team went great. After a thorough examination of the house, we sat down to discuss price. They gave us three price points; the sell slower, the sell quicker and the sell quickest price, that they estimated they could sell our house for. They gave us the option. We choose the sell slower price which was $50,000 more than another estimated price that we were given by the realtor who had helped us purchase the house. After a month and a bit on the market we ended up getting a little over asking price. This was amazing! Not only did we get great personal service along the way with no pressure to sell but over asking price, too! Adam was very professional, on time, and personable. To this day, a year and a half after the sale of our house, we still keep in touch. We have received a Thank You for your business gift card as well as Christmas and birthday cards from him and his Team 110. It is very apparent that they are all about their customer service and building their business in the most professional way. I would recommend the 110 Team and especially Adam Popien to anyone.
