Expérience négative: Tamara Vreeland is a scam artist. Do not go through her. I was approved and everything for an apartment and she was hounding me for a deposit immediately. I would have given it but I didn't realize she was messaging me for a couple HOURS because I was busy working at the current moment and she rented it to someone else. Literally had like 5 missed emails within 2 hours. Fine. I get it - someone had snagged it within those couple hours. but then a couple days later when something the same came up in the same building, I messaged her surprised as to why she didn't let me know? she wanted to do a second check and everything on me when I was already approved a couple days prior? As an agent knowing someone is already approved I was shocked she wouldnt just reach back out and say hey I have another unit? It was very off putting. Seems shady and very commission focused.

Expérience fantastique: I live in the 103 apartments in surtherland the main maintenance guy is very friendly and respectful, ever since sres took over the building it’s been so nice they always take care of the building always clean and keeping it well kept, they handle any maintenance issues immediately.

Expérience négative: I am compelled to express my deep concern regarding Keith Murray's persistent failure to address critical safety issues within Snowberry Downs. Despite ongoing correspondence over the past two years, including emails to the owners/operators in these discussions, minimal progress has been made, and there has been no meaningful action taken to resolve these problems. This negligence recently culminated in an attempted break-in, underscoring the severity of the situation and the risks that his inaction has posed to the safety of occupants. Moreover, Keith has consistently failed to return phone calls when contacted about these urgent matters. This lack of communication only adds to the frustration and leaves us feeling unsupported and vulnerable. The safety of our building cannot continue to be compromised. His ongoing neglect is unacceptable, and it is imperative that he (or perhaps someone more competent) steps up to his responsibilities without delay.

Though I was there for a couple of months but it was a nice place, and even made nicer because of the great personality and customer service of the Rentals Manager, Tammy Vaadeland!

Expérience fantastique: Matt is aggressive and rude. I was meant to confirm THREE times about an appointment to view an apartment? And when I called him back, he was so angry and aggressive that I couldn’t get a single word in. I used to rent from the old owner of the drinkle and dealt with two different property managers. Never was I ever treated like that. What an awful and disappointing experience. EDIT: While my first interaction was not positive, Tammy reached out immediately and rectified the situation and I was able to secure a beautiful loft. The process was streamlined and easy. She is fabulous and completely changed how I felt. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her!

I recorded the entire meeting and would love to share that recording with saskatoon if they wish to hear it please contact me. She treated me like a criminal and abused me she is unprofessional.

If they have to face the fact that they made a mistake..... prepare to be blamed for it. The renters pay for the business itself. Remember that and adjust your attitude. I’ve been living in one of the properties run by SRES for two years and I could call my place home from the first day Tammy showed me the place. She was so nice with nice smile and very knowledgable. She showed me the new place explained everything to me with patience. The maintenance guys were also second to none during these 2 years! They took care of the apartment inside and outside very well in regard to cleanness, appliances, everything. The SRES TEAM ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! They do anything to make sure their tenants live in a safe and well-cared place. I did really enjoy living under the supervision of SRES company and I do really recommend everyone to consider SRES properties as one the best options they could have to rent a new place in Saskatoon.

Expérience négative: Say goodbye to your deposit! You will receive no help during your time renting with them, but when the time comes to deduct deposit, they will charge every cent they can..... I had my parking spot constantly taken by other people and the management people here would not do anything other than telling me to write a nice note to whom ever is blocking me from using a parking space that I paid for. There was a time that a guy parked in my space for almost a week and they still told me to write a note.... This is just a glance of the incompetence of their managers. At the time of moving out, we spent two days cleaning the place and yet they charged me SIX hours of cleaning for some dust at the base of the toilet that we forgot. Every small dings on their fragile walls means a repaint. I swear there are already damages on the walls when we moved in, I just didn't take photos at the time since I never expected such a greedy landlord. I rented 5 places since I came to Saskatoon and this is the only place where I had any deposit deducted. They charged over 600 for minor wall dings where other landlords would consider wear and tear and very little dust. If you want to live in a poorly built place, have absolutely no support when something goes wrong, having all the maintenance fee passed down to you and do not want any of your deposit back, rent with them.

The property manager was understanding and helped me with any issues that came up and solved them in a timely manner. Expérience négative: I don't have an issue with SRES persay and their agent Janet Reed has always been kind and courteous with me. However, the issue is that apparently SRES has no functionality other than receiving payment. I've contacted them on multiple occasions for help with repairs or help in getting contact with maintenance - only to be told they couldn't help me at all. I was under the i pression that SRES would also be helpful in dealing with issues. The actual manager(gdp condos) is the worst management I have ever dealt with in my life. FYI, I am renting a placecat Ginger Lofts.(Trust me, never rent here) So by proxy, I am going to have to leave this review. What is the point in going with an SRES property if they are not the actual people I am dealing with?

Expérience fantastique: My experience was the best you could have! Neighbors were friendly and quiet and always willing to help out if needed. The management was thoughtful and caring and even sent me and the rest of the tenants flowers for christmas. Honestly if I come back to Saskatoon in the future this is the first place I'd rent from. Also its situated right off of Broadway which has all the major bus routes and is a nice 10 min walk over the bridge into the business district which is ideal if you want to save money by walking to work in the summer. All in all i'd recommend this place too everyone.

I worked with them for 5 years and didn't experience any rental increase despite the rising costs we face in Saskatoon almost every year.

They have told us nothing but lies and we are having to fight tooth and nail to get what is tightfully ours. Don't rent from this place unless you are okay with paying people who break the law.

Expérience négative: We moved out of an apartment through the SRES on the 1st of June. The day of leaving the review is the 11th of June and we STILL HAVENT RECIEVED OUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT! The law states that damage deposits are to be returned within 7 business days and here we are 9 business days later and we still have no deposit back. All we get when inquiring about it is runaround and "we will look into it". These guys are unprofessional crooks.

Expérience fantastique: Saskatoon Real Estate Services was great to work with and very responsive. We needed a temporary rental and they were extremely flexible on the timing and move-in dates. It was a smooth experience and the office was great to work with! The Kensington Flats were very clean with great neighbours and nearby amenities. Whenever we had issues the office dealt with them ASAP.

Expérience négative: Been a tenant for over 5 years. Quiet often found they let just anyone move in - very noisy parking lot at all hours of the night. Numerous experiences with neighbors involved in drug dealings and gang activity - affected everyone. They did little or nothing to resolve these issues. Also known other renters to receive high and unreasonable maintenance bills and repairs. After scrolling through reviews, it is weird how 5 stars are given just in a short period of time, but if you scroll past them, there are lots of 1 and 2 stars over the years, which seem more realistic. Would not recommend this agency. Look elsewhere.

Expérience fantastique: I have been renting a one bedroom apartment on the college drive location for the past 3 years. It is the perfect location for a U of S student as the university is across the street. It is also a 2-5 minute walk to the following: a bank, an eye doctor, the campus dentist, a hospital, a Subway, and the U of S bus terminal. In terms of space, it is not as big as the average one bedroom apartment, but it is totally spacious if you are selective with your furniture and know how to organize. I have no complaints here. Despite it being on a main street, it is not noisy. The property manager (Tammy) and maintenance person are reliable and friendly and respond to concerns quickly. I highly recommend renting from SRES.

The apartment is newly renovated, clean, and very spacious. The tenants are always quiet and respectful. It honestly feels like I'm living in my own home because I have never had a complaint since I moved here. The management team has always been professional and respond promptly in any interaction I have with them. The management are very friendly people and have been accommodating to my situation as a student. If you are a student or otherwise, I highly recommend renting with SRES.

It is obvious that they asked their family and friends to write good reviews for two weeks to increase their rate. The real rate for their awful services is 2.6, not 4! It is ridiculous all reviewers give them 5/5 during these two weeks, while all people living in Saskatoon know that they are stealing money from their tenants and charge them for ridiculous reasons. Most of their staff are dishonest and just think about the money. They don't respect your personality and your privacy.

This neighborhood is beautiful; quiet; clean and have the best of neighbours you could ask for. The facility is always kept clean and organized, it is great that they have a part-time employee at this facility, doing odd jobs to keep everything in order.It really is a hands on approach, and in any business that’s how you must operate.

We moved from a home of 30 years to Hassard Close and this is the best place we could've moved into. Everything so clean and new and I didn't think it would be possible but this actually feels like home already. Lots of amenities in walking distance as well. I have suggested Hassard close to many friends looking.

Tammy was who I had dealt with over my four years in this condo & she was always very responsive and great to deal with. Any time I had a concern it was dealt with promptly. I never had any maintenance issues while I rented but they accommodated little things including changing my lightbulbs for me (9ft ceilings and no ladder). They were quick to address any issues the building had, including security cameras, lock changes etc. I broke my garage door fob 3x and each time was replaced free of charge and done quickly. Sad to leave my condo as it was beautiful and fairly priced, unfortunately my work took me to a different area of the city and the drive was becoming too much. Would recommend SRES.
