Negative experience: They helped us find a place. I was told by Cheryl that if I had any issues to contact her. My Landlord is very friendly with her and the landlord is not following through with her responsibilities layed out in the lease. I was told by Cheryl to do whatever the landlord is supposed to be doing. All my landlord wants is the rent every month and not to do anything required in the lease. No help whatsoever from them!

Negative experience: Make sure you ask them everything and get every detail/info before you move in with them and good luck getting hold with them over phone

Negative experience: So my spouse and her elderly mother live in a unit on Baldwin Ave and for a year they've been asking to have the basement fixed there's cracks in the foundation that Leak when it rain's and the hot water tank blew up and the hot water just kept pouring out flooding the basement to the point where there is white and black mold everywhere all over their personal belongings that's all destroyed.... so I'm going to help them and get in contact with the city of Cornwall and get this situation delt with and take Ace Property to civil court for the damage to property and the health complications of my mother in law, spouse and child... nobody should be living in that. The smell comes up through the basement door and affecting everyone who resides in the unit.... and when we called today there phone is off.... this is a slumlord company..... my grandparents were landlords for over 30 years I know the rights and responsibilities through the LTB and have been through court several times.... thus building needs to be condemned

Negative experience: It truly is remarkable how yous manage to p*ss off half this town, been taken to court numerous times and slide by doing the bare minimum, IF THAT for YEARS and are still in buisness!!! Im honestly amazed!! DO NOT HIRE TO MANAGE OR RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! You will never be satisfied or happy with the outcome!! You will also have to deal with unpleasent indecent human beings like CHERYL working there, that "woman" is nothing but an arogant and hateful individual who's most certainly in the WRONG field. She has no common sense and no people skills at all! I seriously think she is mentally ill and should just retire already! I will never alow that back in the home I PAY rent for in full every month! Can not wait for our day in court!

Negative experience: Unprofessional useless does nothing to fix the house. And just out right rude people. I suggest not dealing with them if u can help it.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to commend ACE Property Management. I was put in a position where I was going to be away from my home for an extended period ~ so I chose to become a landlord and I asked ACE Property Management to represent me and my home. Cheryl was very friendly, personable and understanding. She could see how nervous I was about renting out my home (my most valuable investment) and she did her best to reassure me and calm my anxiety. She certainly handled all our interactions with professionalism. All in all I was impressed with her people skills and her knowledge of the rental world. Thank you Cheryl!!!

Negative experience: We did a virtual look at a house today on Marlborough Street south. I was told that the house would be cleaned and repainted before the virtual look by cellphone. The place was literally a pig pen. Yuck, blue and green walls. On top of that they advertised 2 medium size bedrooms upstairs, rent at $725 of which they changed it to $875. False information; one bedroom was very large and the other one you cannot even put a bed in it. And the Agent had the nerve to tell us after 5 minutes to hurry it up because she had other people that wanted to visit the place. That is very unprofessional. I would avoid this Rental Agency at all cost. They are liars and hypocrites.

Negative experience: Called in over a week still waiting for a dryer to replace over it's been 8 months on and of dryer not working there been times were everyone had to wait for a couple of days But we can't for get the were not the ownes were just a tenant . Hopefully the person that I spoke to reads this . Like most people in this world will run there company properly . Call the emergency number which is on Google then press 1 well let me tell disrespectful and her final words are At the end of the day I'm not an owner I'm a tenant . And for this to be posted lol I have to still give you guys 1 star lol

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, unorganized and terrible at communicating. Called a month in advance for a place and never even saw it before being told "it's been rented for a while". Spoke about three times to let them know when I could see the place but nothing was ever set up. Not a good way to do business. Wasting everyone's time. Do not recommend this poorly managed company.

Positive experience: Pretty good landlord...always returned my calls if I left a message..sometimes the person who answers is not very friendly but whatever. I loved the apt I rented from them. I think it depends on the actual owner of the properties you rent cause Ace doesn't actually own the places, they just manage them for some owners, alot of them aren't even from Cornwall. If you're a good tenant and neighbour Ace is fair an nice and I recommend them.

Negative experience: If you are planning to rent from this so called business.Go to your family Dr. Get checked for bedbug bites about four days before you move in to any of their properties. Get a letter from the Dr. Stating that you have no bed bug bites. Check out the walls for caulking. Check the floors for sagging. Check the ceiling for possible signs of water damage. If you have to plug a dehumidifier in make sure it is not an extension cord. Take pictures of everything in the apartment before you leave the building.

Positive experience: Im only giving them 3 stars because of their lack of repairing stuff. If they repair stuff like i asked id give them 5 stars but most of the repairs i end up doing myself cause they either refuse to do it or take forever to do anything.

Negative experience: Does not return calls. Does not execute critical work requests. Some of the buildings go uncleaned for months. Snow removal is poor at best.

Negative experience: **PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING FROM HERE....!!** Any positive reviews in here are all written by their staff. This is the worst place you could ever rent from, they don't fix any issues with the place unless you are related to them. I as well as a friend (in a seperate unit) have been living in mould for a while and asked them continuously to fix it and they won't. Instead they send me an eviction to on notice to be out on Halloween with 2 kids. Also my deck is falling apart and the brackets at the top of the stairs are no longer attached and the floor is about to cave through and I live on the second floor and am expected to move anyways. If anyone would like pictures of the issues at hand that ace refuses too deal with plz feel free to ask and no one with children should ever rent from them
