Negative experience: Property managers usually have skills in customer service, but clearly that isn't the case here. This town needs some serious competition to get its management levels back on track. Not just property managers but managers across the board. I'm not sure that people here are aware that management is a skill in it's own right and you can book yourself into management courses to improve the skill. It would hugely benefit everyone in this circumstance!

Fantastic experience: We have lived in Meighan Creek in Squamish for over 10 years and have always found Michael Roblin and Dana to be very quick to answer any inquiries and resolve any concerns. Just today we called Michael to advise him of major beaver damage done to a tree which was very close to falling on our unit and another. My call went in at 8:30 am and by 9:40 am, Silverback Tree Co was at our door to assess the damage. By 3:30 pm the tree had been taken down. Fantastic experience: Dynamic Property Management is the most responsible, reliable and responsive property manager I've ever had. I've lived in Sirocco on the Water for almost 5 years and dealt with Hannah at Dynamic since the very beginning. Hannah has always addressed any questions, concerns or requests promptly and respectfully. She has gone the extra mile with communicative efficiency to ensure the building and my unit are well cared for. A recent example: I sent her a video of my washing machine making extra noise related to an issue with the spin cycle and she sent a mechanic within 24 hours who determined it needed replacement. Immediately after which the new washing machine was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Thanks Dynamic!

Fantastic experience: We had to temporarily relocate due to flooding in our unit earlier this year. That was a very stressful time for us, the staff at Dynamic (Hannah and Dana) were extremely helpful in navigating the process for moving into a rental unit at Sirocco. Due to the urgent nature of the request, they went out of the way to get the unit ready for move in one week prior to the actual date. We are extremely grateful to call this place a ‘home’ for the last few months. Thanks to the Dynamic team!

I called dynamic property management when i was trying to leave my parking garage and my key card wasn’t working and was running late for work, Mike drove over to help me within 10 mins and let me out and he was so kind and gave me a free fob!! Fantastic experience: Dynamic property management, and Mike Young, have been managing our property for 14 years now. I have dealt with numerous other property management companies over that time through my work and ownerships, and I have to say that none of them have gone anywhere near the level of professionalism and dedication Dynamic has with us over the years. Dynamic has always had extremely timely responses whenever we needed them whether that be small or large issue, and we have had plenty of both! One thing I've noticed though is that, as property managers trying to coordinate services for our building, they are sometimes given a bad rap for the failings of things outside of their control, like contractors failing to show up as promised for jobs, etc. I wish people understood how multifaceted the job they're trying to do is. I appreciate how direct Mike is when he is dealing with us. Some don't appreciate such direct approaches and prefer a softer touch but at the end of the day it's about getting the job done so I appreciate this communication style. This is the first time I've thought to give this great property management company a review but it is well overdue. Thank you! Christine

He’s taken great responsibility with his team at the Dynamic Property Management to carefully manage a number of properties in the Squamish area. He is conveniently located very close to our building and provides me with prompt service whenever I call. For those owners/investors who don’t live in the area, his cooperation and assistance with even minor issues makes my life so much easier. The management of real estate is filled with rules and regulations and it is truly a benefit to work with a team of people who understand how to manuevor through these important details. It is Mike and his team’s responsibility to keep up on these ever changing details and solve problems accordingly. It isn’t a task taken lightly and I would not want to do it. Thank you Mike Young.

Fantastic experience: Very professional team who knows the Strata act and abide by it. With over 20 years’ experience the DPM team take a lot remains professional and operate to a high standard. If you want a property management company who is seasoned in all aspects of various Acts relating to property management, tenancies and real estate then Dynamic is your team. As I read the google reviews, I wonder why individuals lack of planning or understanding in strata process becomes a property manager’s emergency. (regardless of the company)

Fantastic experience: Dynamic, Mike and team, has always been responsive to my requests. If you have ever sat on Strata Council, you will know how busy Property Managers are when dealing with requests from owners, tenants, and vendors for multiple buildings. For me, getting an answer to my enquiries quickly is most important—regardless of how succinct it may be. While other reviewers see this as rude, I consider their workload, and see the expedient and direct answers as efficiency. As a remote owner, I appreciate knowing the building is being well looked after by an experienced and responsive team. If you are okay without lovely crafted emails, you can count on Dynamic to take care of things and get the job done.

Positive experience: Staff is great! They’re very helpful and understanding as well. I love living in the university building… It’s quiet, has laundry in the building, has beautiful views and trails nearby, not to mention a waterfall! They have cleaners who come by fairly often as well. The only thing I would say is that some rooms need more tending to, the laundry room is very dirty, the washers and dryers could use some cleaning out and the garbage room can get very messy. Some of that comes to the people who rent here though and are too lazy to clean-up after themselves. I would also say the internet is a little bit slow and needs an upgrade, especially since you can’t have your own so everyone is on one network and that can make things very slow. Overall though, they’re great and I’d rent from them again!

Fantastic experience: My dealings with Michael Roblin have never been an issue. Professional, reliable and available 24/7. He meticulously chooses the right contractors for any job that needs doing. Recently we needed a new roof on our building and he chose a reputable company with excellent qualifications and skills. He takes the time to source out great companies for any necessary job. We have nothing more to say in this regard Greg & Dora Wint.

Negative experience: Completely incompetent. As a first time home owner, I came by my questions honestly and Michael was always short and/or just didn't respond. I cannot even begin to count the long laundry list of items that was poorly handled by this management company. I'm also pretty sure they're in league with the developer because Michael deflected any of our concerns about budget or deficiencies relating to the developer. For example he told us that the developer is responsible for covering the extra cost in our budget for the first year, to make sure we're settled. Well with a 35% increase in budget and thousands of dollars per unit just to get our heads above water....Needless to say, none of us are impressed. I know working at a strata management company must be a thankless job, but Michael just seemed to absolutely hate working with us in any capacity. When we voted him out, he accepted, and then a week later threw a hissy fit telling us we needed to hold a meeting to have a vote, which delayed everything even further (by a couple months, which meant a couple months closer to our deficiency report cut off) and lets just say, the vote was unanimous. I've actually blocked most of the experience with them from my memory, and I look forward to the spicy response I'm sure to get from them.

Negative experience: Horrible service. The property manager is the only contact but doesn't respond via email nor voice mail. Extremely frustrating - hoping our strata can change property management companies.

Fantastic experience: Dynamic were the property management company for Jumar - located downtown Squamish. Mike was helpful and knowledgeable as the strata manager. Also dealt with Dana and Hannah, they’re great too. Highly recommended

Meanwhile it's 7 days until the end of the month!!! This is a business and should be run like one not like a bad episode of mean girls. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: As property managers for our townhouse for over 6 years, the personnel at Dynamic were always very responsive, professional, and kept excellent records of all financial transactions related to the property. The vetting of tenants, and the subsequent monitoring of them during their tenancy, was well done.

Negative experience: Worst property management I've ever come across. Doesn't respond to mails! If you ask the receptionist to be called back that doesn't actually mean you'll ever receive a call back. Not organized, no respect and always after your money. Chased over a month to extend a lease and till the very last day of the month I didn't know if it was a possibility. When I moved out of the property Michael stated during the inspection that we left the place in a better state then it was in when we moved in. Yet randomly decided to charge an extra 50$ for cleaning where no cleaning was necessary. Stay away from this business it's run by a hole bunch of clowns. Do yourself a favour and keep searching for another property management!
