Positive experience: Pros: the home was clean, beautiful, close to the village. Cons (will still come back but just be aware): - ran out of hot water after 1.5 showers. Had to wait for the water to warm up. - the lock is very finicky and hard to unlock - the hallway of the complex was being redone and it looks terrible and had a really strong paint smell

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful stay in a cozy ski in ski out studio. Candice from Vacasa was extremely helpful in guiding me to figure out all the steps needed online since I was unfamiliar with the process. She was very friendly and patient. The studio itself was very clean and well kept with great amenities. It had a bathtub with water jets which was really nice. Enjoyed the stay very much. One of the best places I ever stayed at.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic location Extremely close to blue mountain village and lifts. Literally a 2 minute walk. The hills are right off your balcony. Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were a little firm for our liking but thats just a personal thing. Highly recommended this property. Condo is very warming and inviting. Will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: This was the perfect spot for my daughter and I to stay on our girls getaway. From the lovely gas fireplace, to the private washer/dryer, to the well stocked kitchen - It was perfect for us. Open concept kitchen/dining area suited our needs wonderfully.- but my favourite part was the nice firm bed. If you don’t sleep well, it affects your whole trip, and these beds were comfy with lots of warm comforters and pillows. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing stay! The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We forgot our phone charger, and they even lent us their own, which meant a lot. The apartment was so comfortable and lovely that we honestly didn’t want to leave. We only had two backpacks and a whole day after checkout, and they kindly helped us store our bags near the reception so we could enjoy the day without stress. Everything was smooth, welcoming, and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay here for several reasons. The location right at the base of the hill is wonderful, an easy walk to the lift and a ski off the hill to the building. The kitchen is well stocked with excellent appliances and we loved coming back for a hearty lunch by the fireplace! Beds are comfortable and the whole unit is very spacious feeling. Customer service made check-in and out easy, and the local staff are super friendly. We will be back :d

Fantastic experience: What a completely comfortable place! It felt like home, with super comfy beds and every kitchen utensil you could imagine plus more. It was so well equipped and nicely furnished. The staff at Blue Mountain Cabin Rentals by Vacasa were amazing. Candice and Tracey anticipated all my questions and made the check in and out seamless and simple and the nice gentlemen that updated the door code for us was super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely book with them again.

Fantastic experience: Perfect place!

Positive experience: Stayed at wintergreen 127 for 3 nights, the property is beautiful, spacious and the location is fantastic, a quick walk to the village. So quiet and relaxing, loved waking in the morning to see little chipmunks running around and some geese joining the golfers on the golf course. The rooms were a decent size, while one of the beds made for a difficult sleep due to the dip in the middle of the mattress. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, except we found the floor was swept just in walking areas. Same for the living room, the floor was swept just where you walk, while you can still see crumbs and toys sticking out along the base of the couch. The layout is very cozy. The smaller bathroom has a strange smell that doesn't go away. I would stay again if the minor details were addressed

Fantastic experience: August 2025 Stay This place is perfect for stay, especially for a group of large group. It sleeps 6 perfectly and if people want to double up 8- 10 easy! Everything you need is there and bonus- bbq works perfectly with a full tank to grill as much as you want. It's a 5 minute walk to the village (even with those with little feet, and 10-15 min drive to both beaches. I will be back

Fantastic experience: Had a pleasant experience staying at this resort. Tracy was very nice, she made sure that we are able to gain access to our rental unit.The place is clean and the location is very close to the beach and the ski resort. We will be booking with them again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to stay and everything is nearby easy to drive everywhere, stay 3 nights no any issue love it and internet works very good, great view from outside of condo with morning coffee, there is outdoor pool and if you love Indian food they have restaurants in-front of entrance. They provided kitchen stuff, stove and dishwasher with big fridge. We had very good sleep, quite place and very nice area.

Fantastic experience: A relaxing pet-friendly getaway with family I stayed at Chateau ridge 209 for a weekend getaway with my family and had a wonderful time. The place was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the view of the ski hills was beautiful. It's also just a short walk to blue mountain village, which made it super convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring. A perfect spot for a relaxing and pet-friendly stay. I would definitely recommend Chateau ridge 209 for a cozy getaway!

We received several emails leading up to put stay providing valuable information, we received a welcome email and a phone call when we arrived, we were offered the opportunity to have late check-out which is always helpful, and when we experienced a little glitch during our stay the property management company dealt with it quickly. Fantastic experience: Cottages at Blue Unit 1 Just got home from a week stay at cottages at blue. The chalet was amazing. The minute you walked in the door you knew it was cleaned well. Lots of room for at least 16 people to stay. Vacasa the rental company was readily available to answer all questions, which even included a phone call before we even got to the chalet. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic family retreat I would highly recommend staying at the cottages at the blue if you're considering a trip to the blue mountains. The home easily accommodated our family of 10 with room to spare. The modern design of the kitchen along with the huge island made it very easy to prep, cook, and set out meals for all to enjoy. Beds were extremely comfortable. The in floor heating in the lower level provided a very warm and cozy environment. The second family room and kitchenette in the lower level was great for allowing family members to spread out. Access to the village was a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk (through the trails). Can't wait to go back again.

That's the only thing it was missing. Overall, the experience was great. We didn't want to leave the place.

Fantastic experience: We visited Blue Mountain for our anniversary and had a great experience, thanks to Tracey at the front desk. We stayed at North Creek Resort but through another host. After checking out, we needed a place to store our luggage before heading out for skiing. Even though we weren’t Vacasa guests, Tracey was kind enough to help us out, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Blue Mountain for skiing and other activities. After this experience, we’ll definitely consider booking with Vacasa next time. Thanks again to Tracey for her hospitality!

Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful woman working the front desk-- I believe her name was Candice. I booked one of the units privately (NOT through Vacasa) and it had been double-booked, so Candice helped me to get it all sorted even though it had nothing to do with her units. Thank you so much!! It made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will book through Vacasa next time!

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed at one of the cabins after Christmas and it was beautiful! It was clean, fresh and felt very comfortable to stay in. Large kitchen/dining area, backyard area with a large deck and BBQ as well as a hot tub that our kids loved. I accidentally forgot one of my bags in the rooms when we left and the management team, specifically Candace, was fantastic. They opened a ticket immediately and by the next morning I had received a call that my bag was found by the cleaning team. Candace helped me get my bag back, often giving me updates (there was a Canada Post strike). I have my bag back (it was a birthday gift, so very meaningful to me). I am very grateful to the team and Candace for helping me to get my bag back. It was packed and mailed with care. I would highly recommend Vacasa to anyone. The cabin was beautiful, the service was amazing and just a great experience overall. Thank you Vacasa Team!

Fantastic experience: I recently was taking a ski trip to blue mountain and came across Vacasa website. They had awesome prices and super nice houses with good reviews so I decided to try it out. The place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. It was perfect for our ski trip. We had an issue with the tv bug the staff at vacasa was very helpful and sent someone over right away. The kitchen was stocked with lots of kitchenware. And it was a very nice place to spend the weekend. Will definitely be booking again

Positive experience: We stayed at The Cottages at Blue over Christmas 2024 with a group of 44 people. Initially, we encountered several discrepancies with the listing, some of which have since been corrected. The property was originally advertised as accommodating 54 people, but we had to adjust our plans when we realized it only had enough beds for 44. Unfortunately, we discovered this after booking, and no compensation was offered for the incorrect advertisement. The listing also stated there were only 6 parking spots, but in reality, there are 18 (6 per unit), which made much more sense for the number of units available. During the planning stage, I reached out to both the local and global teams for clarification, but their responses were inconsistent, leading to unnecessary confusion. Communication between the two teams seemed disjointed, making the planning process more stressful than it needed to be. The check-in and checkout times were another inconvenience. A 4 PM check-in feels quite late, and a 10 AM checkout is rushed, especially for families with children. Faster turnover times would greatly benefit guests. That being said, Candice provided excellent service and helped to smooth out some of the issues. We also encountered Wi-Fi problems throughout our stay. While Vitaly was very helpful in troubleshooting, the internet remained slow, with Cottage 3 being the worst—requiring us to use our own hotspot for streaming. On a positive note, the accommodations were beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable for all 44 guests. Despite the frustrations and not always feeling valued as guests, we had a wonderful family vacation and created lasting memories. We would book again, mainly because there aren’t many properties that can accommodate our large family.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Blue Mountain Resort Unfortunately, my stay at the cabin was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodation. The bed and linens were dirty, and the room had a strange, unpleasant smell. Many areas of the house hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and the utensils provided, including the spoons, were dirty as well. The bed was uncomfortable, and we couldn’t stay the second night due to the overall poor state of the property. We were unable to continue our stay because of these issues, and it was a huge letdown. We expected much better hygiene and maintenance for a resort at this price point. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great unit, location, and stay! It was overall great experience. Beautiful location. Clean and perfect size unit for our 5 women company. Close enough to the scandinavian spa. Would prefer later checkout. Door was hard to lock but we did it evantually. We didn't see the pool, so i cannot comment on it.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, spacious chalet for a group stay. Our group of 14 loved this chalet. We all had lots of room, never felt like we were on each other's toes, and were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was awesome. Great location - 5 min walk to the village. Would stay here again!

Fantastic experience: We rented this cottage at blue # 2 for our reunion and everyone loves this new and modern property. Its spacious kitchen openly connecting to the dinning and living room gives us ample space to move around, prepare various meals for our gathering, and socialize. The oversized double door fridge and additional fridge in the basement are definitely a plus. Kitchenware is complete and adequate for our group of 14 people. The additional living room in the basement is wonderful allowing our teenagers to have their own privacy. We also enjoy the bbq grill and hot tub. Maybe the owner could add a dresser drawer / closet in each bed room to store our clothes.

Fantastic experience: 170 Snowbridge Home unit is on the 2nd floor (not recommended for those with mobility issues due to stairs) and it was very clean. Everything looked fairly new due to the renovations (plush carpet on the 2nd floor). Great location, nice quiet and friendly neighbourhood. They provided all the towels, bed sheets, pillows and cooking ware you'll need. Just bring your food and drinks if you plan on cooking! They even had a rice cooker! One large primary suite with king size bed with a large shared bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom had 2 single beds. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed. The sofa bed is new and is queen size, but it is as comfortable as any other typical sofa bed. Happy that they had free shuttle passes and service to the blue mountain resort area. No physical keys but you'll have to remember to have the numerical passcode to get in. It can be finicky during the odd times. There was some confusion about the nunnery of parking passes but at the time of my vacation (august 2024) when i i stepped into the property, there were 2 physical parking passes to place in 2 vehicles (phew!). Would i stay here again? Big yes!

Fantastic experience: Best family getaway We went to blue mountain for our yearly family getaway with the kids. Going with vacasa was the best decision we could have ever made for this trip. Planning a trip to a location where you don’t know exactly what to expect was always hard. With vacasa it was easy to voice our concerns and questions. They responded promptly and helped ease our minds for the trips. We requested a hose for our water games for the kids; and had someone bring one out for us the day of our check-in. We want to thank jennifer for all her help before, during, and after our trip. We ran into a problem the morning of our check-in but jennifer reassured us that it would work out and kept us informed throughout the day. It worked out like she said and was a smooth check-in. During the stay, she checked in to see how it was going which was nice of her. I lost my wallet; i reached out to jennifer to tell her that i couldn’t find it. She sent 3 different people to the house to help search for it while we drove back home. Even though it was her day off she was still trying to help us out. She did end up finding it and we couldn’t be more thankful to her and the team. Will be using vacasa for all our stays going forward; highly recommend using them as well. Jennifer as a group we love you the house is cute and perfect for a large group. The living room and dining area were perfect for a large family group. The house was overall clean and the bedrooms are a good size. Extra blankets, towels and sheets were provided. They have a lot of pots and utensils for you to use. The grill outside was nice and clean. They did have a portable speaker and a few games in the home for us to use as well which was nice. The area is quiet and very clean; also a 10-minute walk to blue mountain village. Very convenient location to grocery stores, movie theatres and restaurants. Great home for a getaway.

Fantastic experience: Live love and ski Our stay at this home away from home was incredibly tranquil, allowing us to fully appreciate the breathtaking moments of the blue mountains. Despite having children with us, the layout of the house facilitated both shared and individual experiences. With the dining area adjacent to the kitchen and the main hall serving as the tv area, everyone could enjoy their preferred activities—children watching tv while adults engaged in leisurely conversations. We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodation and would eagerly consider returning next year for another memorable stay.

Positive experience: The property looks exactly as shown in the photos. Beautiful home and scenery. The host living at the rental was super nice, friendly, and respected our space/privacy. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a short getaway from home.

Fantastic experience: The experience was simply amazing we were a group of 12 and very comfortable in the space for sleeping eating the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxation the house was close t the ski hills walking distance which made it convenient tue quite neighborhood was a welcome change. Positive experience: Vacasa Rivergrass 224 This home is in a good location being a 10 minute walk to blue mountain village. It very comfortably slept 6 people, with two on a pull out sofa. There is a large dining room table to share meals around. We had trouble getting in with the code given, but we’re able to get in using a lockbox code which was given to us after calling vacasa. The number for contact is not local, but a local representative was notified later. We only had one parking pass, the second one was given to us the next morning. Happily the car was not towed away. The house was clean overall, but the placemats had dried food on them, and three dining room chairs had dried food on them. We were reimbursed our cleaning fee, when we mentioned this. We would stay here again, but vacasa should make it much easier for their customers to reach a local representative 24 hours daily.

Positive experience: Definitely a good place to stay and do some skiing This is my 2nd stay in this complex. This unit was in much better shape than my previous visit. For the price I don't think you could do better at blue. The kitchen is very well set up for things you might need. I didn't cook much but appreciated that I could have if I had wanted to. There were 2 things that were not ideal. 1 is that if you are a light sleeper or a grump about noise you will hear everything above you. I personally do not care, but i could see how some would be super annoyed. 2 there was an odour of frying oil. I don't know if it was the person nextdoor or the previous occupants but I wish I had a candle or incense. Again, this didn't really annoy me too much but upon entering until my nose adjusted it was not a great smell. Honestly i will go back. It is probably a 3-4 star resort not too fancy....But it is a really good for location, cleanliness and convenience.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE. Booked a cottage here 8 MONTHS AGO and accidentally left my bluetooth speaker in the house. Here I am 8 months later and I got in contact with them to get it back and they were kind enough to have kept it all this time and had it waiting for me in no time. Absolutely warmed by the kindness of this management will definitely be coming back with them to show my appreciation. 10/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: CHECK IN ONLINE NOWADAYS I can't believe that which stage of century we are living in right now, where I have to spend $244.08 Canadian, check in time was 4pm but by 9 pm I finally got inside.... They moved me to another unit which is this one after the other unit was having issue with the locker and the passcode. The key for this 416 unit that they gave me was wrong and we have to wait again... Chain of communication was a mess, I don't know if that because of Long weekend in Canada but do not travel long weekend I guess. I like the bed, it's in central of the village but the value that I put out definitely not worth for a night stay like this... horrible service from call center staff and the MANAGERS. The chain between local and headquarter team is extremely cut off and there are no chain if you want to call them. Anyway, they did offered me with a full refund on a call, her name was Lia after our trip right away. I did follow up week by week, and by each week someone did give me an update about status of my refund process until today [From April 10 - May 5(today)] they called me back and sorry that they gave a wrong call. My bad that I should have read review first before experience something like that. Vacation turns out to be a hassle, I do not recommend this chain of the hotel.

Negative experience: This company is ridiculous. If I could give a zero. You book a chalet and unforeseen circumstances happen, ( like a death in the family) and they still refuse to give a full refund or credit. DISCUSTING!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at 107 Mountain Walk in Blue Mountain Ontario. We have had an annual visit to this property for approximately 8 years. In that time the owner has refurbished the condo completely and it is beautiful, inviting and a 2 minute walk from the action on the mountain. There are many activities to do summer and winter and the property is close to the towns of Collingwood, Thornbury and Wasaga Beach. We are three couples and we always have a wonderful time in this warm, well set up condo. The top floor is one suite and we take turns each year as to who gets the suite!!. The other two rooms are very inviting and the beds are so very comfortable.....

Fantastic experience: I stayed at an Airbnb managed by Vacasa at Blue Mountain on Canada day weekend (2021) with 7 other people. The house was very well kept and parking was easy to understand. The best part is their service/support. We had three cars altogether but only two permits (last minute decision to bring a third). I thought there would be plenty of overnight parking at Blue Mountain, but due to covid none of the immediate parking lots had any overnight parking. After much research, I called Vacasa and they (Kim) were very helpful. They looked into it, contacted me back and suggested I can park in their staff parking lot, day and night. They were very efficient about it too. Thanks a lot to Kim, because of whom I didn’t have to worry about my car being ticketed or towed. Would definitely stay at a spot managed by these guys again.

Positive experience: For this much money, I am not too impressed. Garbage is overflowing at the garbage collection and tennis court.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed with my family at a Vacasa rental and was impressed with the responsiveness of their call centre and local team. We needed more towels for our child and the staff brought them over right away. Good value for the location and really happy with their service!

Negative experience: Rubbish.. not worth the money. Outdated and sheets are dirty. Wifi password was send on our last day. No personal receiption and no Hot tub.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. Some major problems like I am not able to control the air conditioning, it has a thermostat but it does not work properly making us feel too warm when sleeping. Laundry facility old, no garbage cans outside... Many details that could make the difference are missing, like utensils in the kitchen etc. Expensive for the overall quality.

Negative experience: They didn't clean it until 3 hours after our check in time and they have been very rude. They promised to call but have taken all day to respond. Definitely do not book with them!!

Negative experience: Made us wait 3 hours after check in to clean the air bnb. Told us they would call and check in our us, but never did. We asked for a later check out, but told us they would call the cops if we didn’t leave by 10am. Very disappointed. Especially with COVID around.

Negative experience: Didn't to have access to the property for 3 hours after check in. They said they would call us to make it right. Did not, we told them we'd like to stay the next day. They told us they would call the authorities. That's cool we'll pay for hours we were not inside the unit. And threaten us with the police. What a terrible agency.

Negative experience: We waited for an hour after our check in for our room to be ready. From what I saw in that hour, the staff were really uncoordinated and while the front desk were sympathetic- this seemed like nothing out of the norm. The hot tub and facilities were really tired. Overall, underwhelmed.
