Fantastic experience: My wife and I could not recommend Jacob any more highly. When we first reached out to him for assistance in early 2023 we were really more in a "contemplative" phase and were undecided about purchasing or continuing to rent. Despite our inconsistent contact he was always prompt in his responses and enthusiastic to help. When we shifted gears and decided we did want to purchase, he spent the summer guiding us through the process. He was clear and direct when he felt that a house was likely not going to suit our needs. Honesty was not an issue. He never once pressured us into a purchase and not once did we get the impression that he was trying to push us into something we didn't want. My wife and I have difficult and consistently inconsistent work schedules to try to accommodate when arranging viewings. In addition, I have a job which made communication with him impossible for days at a time. I understand that this must have been frustrating (as we feel these frustrations ourselves). Not once did this come through and he was always the same enthusiastic advocate that we needed. You're not going to go wrong if you go with Jacob. We would readily reach out to him again in the future.
