Fantastic experience: Selling a home in today's market isn't fun, with the increased interest rates folks are really taking their time with choosing a home and houses are on the market longer than they used to. That said, Kate and her team were professional and managed to get our house as well as my mother's home sold. It was unfortunate that interest rates increased during the time we initially spoke to her and her team and when we listed, so we didn't get quite what we were expecting. The Broddick team got the job done as promised and we're settled in our new home. I'd recommend using Kate and her team if your considering selling your home.

Fantastic experience: We chose to go with Kate for selling our home because of her reputation as a top agent in the Brantford area. She truly is great at what she does! We had no doubts in our minds when deciding to go with her as our agent and she surpassed all of our expectations! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the local market and pursued achieving the highest sales price for a home in our area. Not to mention, our home sold in just over 24 hours on the market! We could not have been happier with the outcome!

Negative experience: Kate displays herself as a social media personality and a person of influence, being at the top of her game in her respective industry. However, she does not like when folks publicly comment about the reality we live in. No name calling, bad words, or anything negative about Kate was said, other than the fact that she should be ashamed of herself for lying to Canadians and hiding the fact that Realtors across the country are feeding information to their clients about pricing and what money should be offered. Clearly Kate knows this herself, as when I made mention of this on her social media and it quickly gained public interest, she had it deleted. Thank you Kate for showing your true colours. Greed will only get you so far. Edit: The comment was deleted by you. If the comment was reported by someone other than you, you would have not seen it, regardless of it being made on your own post - that is not how instagram works. I also likely would have had a temporary account suspension for violating Instagram's terms/policies, which did not happen. So, now you've proven that you'll delete public comments that don't violate Instagram's terms, just because they don't promote your completely awful narrative, that only works in your favour and supports your own greed. You're right, I have never personally met you and that's fine because everything you've done in the last 24 hours is painting an incredibly detailed picture of who you are, what you stand for, and the things you will do to continue inflating the housing market so that you can make more money. Shameful and embarassing.

Negative experience: Once our property was sold, their service went down the hill pretty fast. I had to constantly follow up in order to get answers to my questions. We were harassed for a key to our house for the closing date because The Kate Broddick Team was not able to provide us with a keybox. The key was delivered to the new buyers before we received our money. They took too much commission from us and we had to chase them down to get this paid back to us. We were the one’s who had to drive to their office to collect a cheque for the money owing to us. They did not even offer to bring this to us after all the commission that we have paud them. I would rate their customer service as Zero! Phone calls were not returned. Update: Hi Kate Thank you for your reply. If I was only unhappy with one day of your service or lack thereof, I would not have given the you the rating that I have. I find it funny how you were able to answer all my calls prior to selling my house and then became unavailable after you have received your commission and refered me to your office. I have been dealing with your office regarding the piano and playhouse and I was the one who had to follow up with them and ask for feedback and answers on numerous occations. It would have been nice if your staff were to communicate back to me prior to me having to follow up with them regarding these issues. A simple “we have asked the buyer regarding these items and are still waiting to hear back from them” would have been nice. Bree was willing to collect the key from us to give it to the buyers, but never once offered to deliver the cheque for the money owing to us. I honestly thought that you were representing us and not the buyer, seeing that we are the one’s who paid your commission. On the day of closing I asked Bree to rather deal directly with my husband with regards to the key as he was the one who has been in contact with the laywers. I was rather surprised and shocked when she asked me for his phone number. We were never being difficult or unreasonable and were very accommodating towards the buyer and even allowed them access to our house for a second viewing after the agreed period as per the signed contract. We most definitely expected better customer service from the Kate Broddick Team.

Negative experience: DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM HER. Her clients will leave the property in a disgusting dirty messy trash pile, and you will be left to clean up and remove their trash. Horrible people to deal with, and she will be rude to your agent. OH, and don't expect them to disclose items they are legally responsible for, so you better make sure you get an inspection on any homes she is selling. Edit Oct.6/20: I could care less if you contact my agent. They are fully aware of the junk and mess that was left for me. If you are representing a client and getting paid for that service, then yes absolutely you have some responsibility to make sure they clear the house of their unwanted garbage, or at least make sure they are aware to do so. FYI for the future - I would advise that you respond to criticism in a much more professional manner, as my comments were most certainly not rude.

Fantastic experience: After a strong referral, we contacted Nicole Slade on a Friday night to ask if she would be our agent. In less than 24 hours she was taking us on our first showing and within a month we had bought our dream home and sold our existing one! Fantastic experience: It's hard to put in to words the kind of appreciation that my fiancé and I have for Agent Ally and the team.
