Fantastic experience: We have worked with Jeff Kitchen Real Estate twice now and both times he has gone over and above for us. He sold our home in 2020 and then sold our cottage in the Fall of 2023. His marketing team does a fantastic job of highlighting the best features and photos of your property and sharing it on their social channels in a way that ensures it will be seen and viewed.

Negative experience: My family and I were excited to move across Canada to the East Coast and we started off by working with Jeff Kitchen to purchase the perfect home. Jeff seemed to have all the right things to say initially, although once we started the process things changed. It seemed we lost our importance to him and gradually we felt like we were unable to trust him. This first started when he indicated he would contact us the following morning to get all our details. However, the next morning, this did not happen. Eventually, when I connected with him in the afternoon he seemed busy and there was no detail conversation; instead it was brief and he suggest I send him our details via email and he will check it out. Soon after, he was going to view a house for us, but then was unable to because of vacation and sent another agent. Then since we were interested in this house he indicated he would check it out himself for us and would likely go on the weekend, but this never happened. It always seemed challenging to get a hold of him or line up conversations. Not long after, we wanted to put an offer in the house and he promised he would have it written up for Monday morning. Was it done on Monday morning… NO. After the morning passed I reached out to him via email with my concerns and that our trust for in him was wavering, which was very important to us since we were in British Columbia and had to rely on him. His response to my email was brief and non apologetic. Essentially indicating, if we don’t like his service then find another agent. With an ego like that, we were ready to move on and we found someone fantastic.
