Fantastic experience: After a bad experience having our cottage on the market last year we reluctantly decided to try again this year with a different agent. We chose Richard to list it and could not have been happier with our decision. He was always available, prompt and polite. His marketing skills saw us get an offer within just a few weeks. Fantastic experience: I contacted Richard about a listing he had in Kingston N.S. Although I didn't purchase that property, Richard helped my find this super cute 2 bedroom home in Margaretsville. As I live in Ontario, Richard went over and above his duty as a Realtor. He had a septic inspection completed for me, took a video to ensure I knew that the septic was ok. He answered all my questions, drove out to the house several times and completed my final walk thru for me. He answered all my calls, which were many and always remained professional. Fantastic experience: Richard took a very complicated purchase and made it as seamless as humanly possible. Moving from B.C. to NS during COVID induced restrictions, we had to purchase our house without a physical walkthrough. Richard took the nightmare out of it. He set up the water tests and house inspection and was our liaison for both. He made certain that we were aware of all obligations for both buyer and seller in NS. All questions and concerns were addressed and answered promptly and clearly so we could make informed decisions quickly. And, made us laugh, many points for that! Really, I can’t say enough about how positive this experience has been.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had decided long ago to move from Ontario to the Valley once I retired. We came for a visit 3 years ago and contacted Richard Greene wanting to look at a few houses just to get a sense on the area, the pricing, and the market in general. Richard knew we weren't going to be coming for years but took several hours out of his day and showed us many houses, no rush, no fuss, with a smile and real thoughtfulness.
