Fantastic experience: Brilliant! We were very impressed with Monica's professionalism, knowledge and relationships in the industry. We were looking to purchase a home for more than a year and got to know and trust Monica who is an up beat, responsive and curious person. With regards to the purchase, we viewed the home the day it listed and within four days, the inspection was completed and conditions lifted. Monica had arranged for the inspection, walked us through the strategy, answered all our questions and negotiated a price we were very happy with. Given the speed at which this was arranged we avoided multiples. A month later we listed our home. Monica's write up on the MLS highlight sheet, the accompanying pictures and video combined with the purchase price created a lot of traffic and two days later Monica was in our living room with multiple offers and we sold over list. Monica totally nailed the listing price! What I appreciated most about Monica was the respect she showed others, and her honesty. She consistently asks if there are any known concerns with the homes, including our own when we listed. The advice we received from Monica was invaluable and the results are indisputable.
