Being a first-time landlord, I wanted to make sure it was done properly so I had Colin source out tenants for me and had his business write up the legal documentation needed so I would feel comfortable renting out my home while I was out of province. He remembered me immediately when I reached out to him on his website and jumped at the chance to help us find our first home. We had been living in the GTA but looking to re-locate to Lambton shores, we decided on a day I would take off work and Colin packed this day with properties to see. It was definitly worth the vacation day! During each house viewing, he had notes and information ready for all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about each house. Out of the 10 houses we looked at thanks to his scheduling, 6 were extremely promising and we were planning to put offers on 3 of them. Our first choice home was actually one Colin had found that very morning and had been on the market for less than 6 hours by the time we stepped inside. He worked hard and long after his regular business hours to complete the paperwork to put our offer on this house. He did his research on the amount we would put our offer in at and we were able to get our offer accepted! We were worried this would be a stressful house hunting journey since we weren't right in the area, but it was nothing but a pleasant experience with Colin. He is constantly available for questions and guidance and worked around both of our schedules which was amazing. He encourages us to ask questions and assured us he would keep in contact with us throughout the next couple of months before closing. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a home!

Fantastic experience: We were recommended this company from a friend and we could not have been happier with the result. The real estate agent, Colin, was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were shown a wide variety of properties within our budget all of which suited what we were looking for. Colin knew exactly what we were looking for and answered any and all questions we had about any of the properties we visited. After we had made the decision to buy, Colin was there every step of the way to help us through the process and negotiate on our behalf.
