Fantastic experience: I started working with Michael a few years ago, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, prompt, and easy to work with. He showed me quite a few houses over the years and even took me to one of his own properties to show me a basement rental and the potential for rental income. He was always flexible and made a point of scheduling showings around my availability. When my partner and I decided it was finally time to buy, Michael was there to support us every step of the way. This was my first time buying a home, and I didn’t have much knowledge of the process or really know what I was doing. Michael made the entire experience feel much easier and was always available to answer questions, explain things, and make sure we felt comfortable with each step. He went above and beyond for us, especially when we were dealing with an asbestos concern during our conditional period. With only days left before we had to lift our conditions, Michael personally drove the asbestos sample to Toronto and paid to have the testing expedited. That level of effort and care meant so much to us and really showed how committed he was to helping us through the process. Even after we closed, Michael continued to go above and beyond. He brought us lunch on moving day and gave us such a thoughtful housewarming gift. He also gives his clients an apple pie at Thanksgiving, which is such a sweet touch (and a pretty great treat!).
