Negative experience: We had set up an appointment time selected by Ms. Frig to market and sell our property in Leduc. We WERE trying to support LOCAL LEDUC REALTORS with intimate knowledge of the local market. UNFORTUNATELY Ms. Frig per her own narrative became “under the weather” the day of our EVENING APPOINTMENT. Sadly and inexplicably Ms. FRIG forgot about our appointment and TESTED US at exactly the time Ms. Frig was supposed to be at our home, and suggested we re schedule for a later date. Unfortunately, we had canceled family obligations, had our home professionally cleaned, had our lawn mowed and trimmed FOR Ms. Frig’s viewing for LISTING our property. It goes without saying, her lack or UNDERSTANDING in what a possible client does to offer their property for sale by a licensed, supposedly professional REALTOR was completely LOST on Ms. FRIG. I/we fully understand people are HUMAN and fall ill, however, to waste a full day before you COMMUNICATE to your clients this information is egregious at best, irresponsible at WORST. If this information will prevent another client from having this issue befall on them, this review is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tarah Frig and I highly recommend her services if you are buying or selling a home. I was frantically searching for a home as I was between properties and staying at a temporary location. I had reached out to a couple of realtors who seemed disinterested or daunted by working at the speed I required. They also weren’t listening and they kept sending me unsuitable homes in locations that weren’t going to work for me. I was getting frustrated, then along came Tarah. Our initial meeting was serendipitous. One night, I was looking at a property on-line and I requested more information. Up popped Tarah to provide me with the information and to schedule a tour of the property the following day. At that time, we had a brief conversation about type of property I was interested in and the locations that I was most interested in and the locations I was not interested in. She listened. She really heard what I was saying. Tarah hit the ground running. Let me tell you, Tarah can run! By the next morning, I had an abundance of suitable properties texted to me and delivered to my in-box. I’m not sure that she sleeps! My business relationship with Tarah began at the tail end of May and by June 20th, I was in my new home! Tarah is very friendly, helpful and professional. Fantastic experience: Tarah was with me on my home buying journey. It was quite the roller coaster. She was available to me for multiple viewings, questions and referrals. I felt that I was a priority, even knowing that she is a busy mom and great real estate agent. We did put in a couple of offers and had them fall through, which Tarah used jumping off point to learn about things specific to condo buying.
