Fantastic experience: This spring, Annalise took me on as a first time homebuyer. I was nervous and overwhelmed to start. Annalise met with me to explain an overview of the process and what to expect. I was given many resources, lots of advice, and endless support. She was prompt and flexible when I wanted to see properties and eventually helped me nail down my first house! My only regret about buying is that I don’t get to hangout with her anymore. Fantastic experience: My partner and I met Nick (Nicholas Martens) when we were viewing a home in Didsbury. He was representing the seller, and though he couldn’t represent us as well due to conflict of interest, he gave me his card (which I thankfully held onto). We didn’t end up buying that property, but when we found a similar listing I pulled his card out and shot him a text. Couldn’t have made a better decision.
