No pressure, took all my concerns seriously, he was always quick to respond when I needed to contact him, and helped to negotiate a fair price. The seller removed a high-end kitchen faucet after the showing, and replaced it with a cheap one. I noticed the swap after I moved in, told Clark about it and he quickly pushed the seller to hire a plumber and replace that cheap faucet with a proper one like I expected to have.
