Battling with an unpredictable market and houses selling for way over list, multiple offers and no inspections Ryan never let the pressure and desperation let us make a poor decision. Fantastic experience: Searching for a good realtor is something you NEED to do, finding an amazing realtor is just luck. Let me tell you our story. We interviewed a realtor, thought they did a great job, said that the next realtor we were interviewing really has to step up their game. And he did! Ryan Torris provided a COMPLETE assessment of our house, discussing a complete strategic approach on how to market our home, value our home, and what projects to complete to best show our home. After thinking about it and being very impressed we decided to use Ryan. Ryan quickly gathered his tools and started doing small touch-ups, things like switch out our LED lights, caulking all windows, updating light switches ect. That was all in the 1st few days, then COVID shut down the world. We were relocating from Airdrie AB to Winnipeg MB. How are we supposed to sell a home when everyone is staying home. Well, we had Ryan on our team, and just didn't know he was going to be our star player. Ryan volunteered to check on our home every few days (insurance requirement) then also sanitized our home for every family coming into our home to ensure they were safe. We were getting stressed, our house was not selling due to COVID. Ryan kept us calm, reassured us of our decisions with pricing. He kept his cool, and we know were were in good hands. Then the market started picking up, we had multiple people coming and viewing our home within a few weeks. Finally, we had an offer! then it fell apart....
