Fantastic experience: We were referred to Cary by our niece who spoke positively of her interactions with him. Cary was professional, honest, and positive. We didn't feel pressured to make decisions or offers before we were ready. Cary was a patient listener who offered helpful advice and guidance when required or requested. He communicated in a timely, factual manner and always punctual with appointments. Cary demonstrated integrity in dealing with the selling agent who is part of the same real estate firm. Fun fact: Selling agent built the house 14 years earlier. Bottom line: we would definitely recommend Cary Emerson!

Positive experience: As a first time home seller Cary was a fantastic help getting the home on the market. Him and his team of stagers and photographers got our home on and off the market in one day! We are a military family as was listed as a Third Party Service Provider. He was always accessible by phone and was able to answer all of our questions. Only reason for not putting five stars was due to his low sale price suggestion which we didn't end up listing for the suggested price. We got an appraisal done and his sale prices suggestion and the appraisal was about $20K difference.
