Fantastic experience: I was referred to Jasi from a friend that was impressed by his work ethics and assured me that he and his team were well equipped to handle the task of selling my house quickly. I was well aware of the shift in the housing market and unsuccessfully listed my house the prior year with no serious buyers. After meeting with Sam, he provided honest feedback, a recommended plan and a time-frame of sale within 90 days. After my initial meeting, within one week, my house was perfectly staged, pictures were taken and the house was listed. Negative experience: ***09/21 - These gentleman made good on their agreement to cleanup the property and it is now in a reputable state. Thank you! ***09/20 - These guys bought a house on my street to quick flip. Once they sold it they essentially abandoned it. Grass is a foot long, garbage everywhere, mail piling up, and now a family of rats have taken over the property. The below response is half true. You did not represent me, but we have spoke on several occasions. This review is indicative of how you would leave a vacant property if you represented it. Once it is cleaned up I will delete/amend my review. Good luck!
