Fantastic experience: Dina came highly recommended by a local mom group who had nothing but wonderful things to say. I did a bit more research on Google before making the final decision and found nothing but 5-star reviews. I gave her a call and immediately knew we would hire her. She was very friendly, warm, polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable. She immediately got to work and sent me links for listings and we met that weekend to look at a list of condos that met my parents’ needs. It was a difficult change from my mom to move from house to condo and it was a very emotional experience to say the least. Dina was very patient throughout the whole process. From our first meeting with Dina right up until the time we listed, she was constantly reviewing the market and providing us feedback on a regular basis to ensure we knew where we stood, and to list at the optimal price. We literally finalized our list price the night before! Fantastic experience: Hiring Dina as our realtor was a unique and great experience. When we decided to sell, we asked members of a Facebook group for advise. Then we met with about 8 or 9 of them and chose Dina to represent us. You could tell from the get go that her number one priority is the client. She went as far as bringing her own handyman and hired professional painters herself to take care of few electrical or flooring issues and give the house a fresh look.
