Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, we have bought/sold real estate more than 15 times, so I know a bit about the process. I believe that in the huge fray of realtors, a very few are real professionals. Dallas is one of those professionals! Why? Let me tell you... From the beginning.... He truthfully answered all of our questions. He gave us the facts, presented data on where the market was and if it was a logical time to list. He didn't pressure us and in fact, advised that we hold off until the timing was right. Because he is a local, he really knows this area's highs and lows. He understands the uniqueness of this geographical location. He also makes a point of nurturing relationships with businesses in the area so he has his finger on the pulse when it comes to matters that affect the local economy, industry and therefore the pricing and saleability of homes in the area. When we listed, he offered all the nice amenities, staging, cleaning, and professional photography. You'd think that this goes without saying, but I've talked to agents that were happy to snap a few pictures of my place with their cellphones in an 'as is' condition to post a listing! Dallas knows what it takes to make your home appealing. More on this.... He and his team are heads and shoulders above the rest when it comes to Marketing!! He doesn't just bang a 'For Sale' sign on the front yard and drop the listing on mls. He works it!! Our listing appeared on numerous social media platforms, Facebook marketplace, etc. I think it popped up in my algorithm every week from a different platform, and the lead-in preamble actually made me want to buy it! lol. It was never a cut and paste job, always fresh. One ad talked about how it was well located. The next talked about how it was perfect for spring, etc. And each time, he managed to create a sense of urgency and newness. The listing never felt stale, like so many do. (And I'm not sure if he used ChatGPT like so many realtors do, but if he did, he modified it enough that it didn't sound ridiculously canned or over the top) By now in this review, you can probably tell that I'm a tough sell. I am. And I do have a tendency to maybe micromanage a bit. Having done this before I have some ideas that I brought to the table. And Dallas and his team never made me feel like I was meddling. In fact, they took a couple of my ideas and ran with them... This is where I have to give accolades to Dallas' assistant, Candace. She does a lot of the collateral material. She created beautiful, professional pamphlets for the home. As we were selling in the winter, she produced an 8 x 10 picture of the backyard when it was at its most beautiful, and had it sitting in the house so potential buyers could see what it looked like in the summer. One time when she was in the house, I saw her moving vases and books etc around, and fluffing pillows to make it look more appealing! She is outstanding. Dallas is always looking for unique opportunities to put his listings in front of the right markets. Most agents don't do open houses anymore but when I asked Dallas if we could do an open house he agreed. And then followed up with two more, for the next two weeks! There's a good possibility that that's where we found our buyer. Regarding pricing... Dallas was upfront about what we could expect from the market by doing an in-depth comparison of our competition. He didn't lowball, and he didn't set a price unrealistically high to get the listing, and then ask us to drop it in a week. He priced it well and respected what we thought it should be priced at also. BTW It sold for 98% of asking, in less than a month. This, more than anything, proves that he knows what he's doing. Finally... Dallas is a super nice guy who takes all the time you need. He's friendly and approachable, always returns calls, and keeps you posted. You never have to track him down to see what's going on with your listing. With millions of agents to choose from, I'm so glad we found Dallas and his team. He really is that one in a million!

He was always punctual, easy to get a hold of, willing to meet us whenever it was convenient for us. He was great at following up when time had passed between our last communication (normal in real estate sales). He was always friendly, always respectful. Lots of great guidance without ever being pushy or insistent. The complete opposite of putting pressure on you to do anything.
