Negative experience: We worked with Jerry Boyles when selling our house as his clients were very interested in our home. His client fell in love with our home instantly but He immediately told our real estate agent and this client that the painting job in our home was terrible and that there were many problems with our home. We put $100,000 worth of gorgeous renovations into our home and it showed beautifully. Jerry Boyles is not to be trusted. He also works with a home inspector that is very unprofessional and will find hundreds of faults with your home. Be very careful of these 2! We had a signed deal but that meant nothing to him! We were working with 3% realty and I believe this was a problem for him with regards to his commission being received. This guy is very sketchy. I would advise you to stay away from him as I believe he is motivated by money only and NOT his client! I do not recommend this person. Thankyou,

Fantastic experience: What can I say?!? We presented Jerry with quite the task. We were combining two households, so we asked Jerry to help us purchase a home and to sell two houses. That's A LOT of pieces. I regularly said that the whole process was like throwing a 1000 piece puzzle into the air and expecting it all to just fall exactly into place! Jerry managed to book viewings for two homes, take us galivanting around the city looking for something suitable for us (we had very specific requirements), and make all our dreams come true. And get this.... All three properties closed on time even with some conditions!!  He even managed to get above asking price for one (he won't brag about it so I will!) Fantastic experience: Long overdue thanks to Jerry for helping my wife and I purchase a condo from outside the province. Fantastic experience: Selling a house is a lot of things . Its stressful , it's scary, it's an uphill battle to say the least. However with all that being said, I found my self fortunate enough to stumble across Jerry's contact information.
