He knows what he is doing and so does his amazing partner, mortgage broker Paula Spencer, and his wonderful assistant Elizabeth. I 100% recommend him to all my friends and family. He went above and beyond after the sale to help me out with an issue at my new home. He also delivers pumpkins which is a bonus. If you don't go with Ian, you're making a mistake!
