She also recommended Lisa for the staging, in which she came and left me with suggestions and recommendations, in which I followed. The photos were amazing and made my home inviting to any potential buyer. Within one week my home was on the market and once it went live, we have numerous showings, and I gladly accepted an offer 5 days later, of 85K over asking. Expérience fantastique: Sandra is an incredible realtor. We were moving from Toronto to the HRM and it took something like 4 trips before we found the place for us. Sandra was so determined to find us the perfect home. We lost one place but found something even better suited to us. Sandra never seemed fed up and never lost patience with us which was amazing. We now wake up to this beautiful view of the Bedford Basin each day (and I can enjoy yoga on the balcony). Since moving in we updated the kitchen to truly make it into OUR home.
