We are first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing and Jaime walked us through every step of the way and was always available to help and answer questions. Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience with Jaime Lopresti. Jamie is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I am out of Province, so it wasn’t easy for me to look around at a bunch of houses and neighborhoods. Jaime was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He went above and beyond to provide advice on listings in particular neighborhoods that had the potential for appreciation. He scheduled a virtual tour during the home inspection and provided personal advice on the inspection report. Jaime is simply the best. Looking forward to working with him again in the future for an investment property.

Terry and his team were exceptional in their professionalism, patience and compassion. The property evaluation was challenging because there was a huge range of homes. Terry Paranych had extensive knowledge and research about the comparable homes which allowed them to accurately determine the correct price for our home. They recommend a price higher than we were expecting, and ultimately it sold for more money than we thought was possible. They provided professional photo's, prompt answers to all our questions and our house was advertised everywhere. Negotiating was challenging, because we had 3 decision makers, and we were all very emotional throughout the process.
