Fantastic experience: This was my third real estate transaction with Stacey and her group. They are all very professional and kind. Stacey walked me through the whole process. She definitely looked out for me and made sure I was aware on how to maximize the sale. I received a record offer for my subdivision. They know what they are doing! I truly believe it was the staging that pushed the offers so high. I recommend letting them stage your home. It was a fair bit of work to get it ready for staging but the sale price was worth it. Thank you Stacey and everyone at Falkwin group for such a great experience. You even helped with my cats during the showings! Amazing service.
