Fantastic experience: Ian is the best realtor in HRM, he helped me buy my dream house and then sold my house for way above asking. He knows what he is doing and so does his amazing partner, mortgage broker Paula Spencer, and his wonderful assistant Elizabeth. I 100% recommend him to all my friends and family. He went above and beyond after the sale to help me out with an issue at my new home. He also delivers pumpkins which is a bonus. If you don't go with Ian, you're making a mistake!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Ian and his team supporting us during the sale of our old home and for the purchase of our new one! Ian was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, prepared, and patient during the whole process. We were impressed with his knowledge of the market and how thoroughly he reviewed every detail with us. Ian was professional in every aspect of our interactions (while being personable and light) and had info/documents/answers/tips/etc. all on-hand with quick responses to our texts/calls/emails (at any hour!). Highly important to us, he was also patient with changing demands and with the length of time that it took for us to find the right home! We always felt that Ian and his team kept that purpose - finding the right home - at the core of everything they did for us.
