Fantastic experience: Tammy Routley was an absolute godsend during our house hunting and purchasing journey this fall. I can't say enough good things about her! She's extremely communicative, friendly, and cared about helping us find the right home for us. Tammy put in long hours helping us - setting up several showings in a day (while planning the most efficient travel routes and working with our schedule), helping us at any time of day and also on the weekends; in total, she took us to over 30 showings and helped us bid on 4 houses before we finally found the one! And all with a pleasant attitude, never giving up. She really used her experience to help guide us to the perfect neighbourhood and house. And after we had an offer accepted, the Mogul admin team were superstars with how they handled finishing the deal. Tammy even left a gift for our pup when we moved in! I couldn't be happier with my experience. I'm calling Tammy the next time I'm looking to purchase property!
